I had my surgery at Park Plaza Hospital in Houston. I am alittle stalled right now, I need to start exercising!! Trying to get over a chest cold to beable to start. I am suppose to go back around Nov 15th. I still feel like I could eat anything. I am trying not to be bad and stick to healthier choices. Its all a mental game for me. I started a journal yesterday....going to keep everything in it. calorie and Protein count too. So today is friday....did you get your fill? How are feeling? dk4k 15 Posted November 5, 2010 Hi Banded Theresa! Your post just made me think of a question I haven't considered yet...having a cold so soon after surgery, does it hurt to cough? Do you have to be careful not to literally split a gut?
BandedTheresa 2 Posted November 5, 2010 Hi Banded Theresa! Your post just made me think of a question I haven't considered yet...having a cold so soon after surgery, does it hurt to cough? Do you have to be careful not to literally split a gut? LOL...the day before yesterday was the worst of my cold, I had those really deep chest coughs. Where it was non preductive and just real dry. Those did make me very sore. my abdomin area and my back. I just am taking Vicks 44 during the day and nitequil at night. 4 days now and I am feeling alot better and not sore anymore. Im assuming I didnt hurt anything in there lol
