Newlife4me 0 Posted December 20, 2005 between a PB and "Sliming"? And what causes the sliming? I do not always have the pb but frequently have a "sliming" attack. Is it that I am eating to fast, not chewing good enough? I just had a fill last Thursday, so I may still be getting used to it, but I am really wondering what actually causes it? Anyone know? Anwyn 0 Posted December 20, 2005 My understanding is that a PB is when the food actually comes back up. Sliming is a good indicator that a PB is coming (and you need to look for the restroom really fast in a restaurant! ) If you are sliming and then not having a PB, you probably have food stuck in your stoma but it is passing through after a few minutes. Sounds like you need to chew a little more and eat slower.
Newlife4me 0 Posted December 20, 2005 Thanks Anne for your input. I will do my best to "slow down and chew!!"
