anewlife10 0 Posted October 31, 2010 Tomorrow will be my first full day back to work. I am really nervous about what food to take and if I can last the whole day. Even though I know I am not doing great as far as eating goes (I havent been eating enough & am definitely not getting the Protein I need) while I am at home, at least I'm here. How did you all adjust to the work environment? I wish I didnt have to go back. :wink2:

Sue Magoo 71 Posted October 31, 2010 Hi: If it's on your doctor's list of recommended foods, take along some low fat, or no fat yogurt. Goes down pretty easy and doesn't get much more convenient. Good luck. You may be tired for a few days, but it'll be good to return to your routine. Sue
ebeeze824 1 Posted October 31, 2010 Tomorrow is my first day back as well. I keep thinking I need to go to Super Walmart and get some items for this week. I have some Protein Shakes left over from my initial full liquid diet and I plan to use those at work. I also found some small cans of chicken salad, tuna salad, salmon salad with crackers. I'm very excited to return to work only cause i miss my fat azz checks, lol. Good Luck tomorrow and the rest of this week cause we are going to need it. nomorejellybelly 77 Posted November 1, 2010 I was banded on 09/08/10. Definitely at least drink Protein (I used a lot of Slim-Fast type drinks) and chicken/beef broth. You'll be fine. Just take it easy and don't do anything too strenuous. Oh and take Vitamins. I ate gummy vitamins at lunch time . Vitamins should help you also. Take care. Let me know how it goes.
