healthyby40 0 Posted October 31, 2010 I don't run much any more but I do take a spinning "Power Cycling" class. I did notice yesterday after a particular grueling class that I was sore around the port area and felt tight for about an hour after. I couldn't figure out what went wrong, but I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one! I'm always afraid something is going to move that shouldn't! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
L12 13 Posted October 31, 2010 My band gets much tighter when I'm dehydrated; since I started running with the band, I have to pay even more attention to drinking A LOT. If I don't, I tighten up SO much that I sometimes have to got to just liquids for a day to get anything down. As my mileage and intensity increase, I'm thinking that even with drinking more, at some point I may need a slight unfill to battle temporary dehydration from longer runs.
