Hormel's Roasted chicken w/ Gravy..OMG Its delicious! 120 calories n 20g of protein! So if u eat 2 of those u get 40g of protein! Getting all that protein is really hard. I have been drinking those Protein Shots. They have 30g of protein and they are only 3 ounces. Thats half your protein in just a few sips.
