ash23 1 Posted October 21, 2010 I got really annoyed with the whole mess of making Breakfast so I was pleasantly surprised when I came across these Smart Ones Breakfast meals at Walmart. My favorite is the Cheesy scramble with hashbrowns. I eat one almost every morning with a Jimmy Dean turkey sausage patty <<< Try those too they are awesome and come in links as well. Id thought share this tidbit of info for anyone in the same boat as I. Oh and Jimmy Dean turkey sausage bowls are pretty good too :wink2: Enjoy!

I agree, the Jimmy Dean turkey sausage links and patties are very good. I haven't tried any of the frozen dinners, but know many people who agree that the WW Smart Ones are pretty good. Do you know how many carbs are in the one you tried?

KAS1971 0 Posted October 24, 2010 I am gonna give these a try at the market tomorow.. my mornings are never good for breakfast and although delicious I have been living off a quiche recipie I found on the lap band web site .. make one every weekend, feeds me all week.. but this would be a nice change. I just wish they could find a way to cut that sodium, if I want salt I'll add it .
peggycas 0 Posted October 24, 2010 My newest breakfast is half of a well toasted English Muffin with a slice of Canadian Bacon, egg white cooked "in the round". Add slice of fat free cheese. It's almost the same as an Egg McMuffin. Very yummy.:blushing:
ash23 1 Posted October 24, 2010 I am gonna give these a try at the market tomorow.. my mornings are never good for breakfast and although delicious I have been living off a quiche recipie I found on the LAP-BAND® web site .. make one every weekend, feeds me all week.. but this would be a nice change. I just wish they could find a way to cut that sodium, if I want salt I'll add it . Ive never had a quiche but I looked at some recipes and it looks yummy. As far as the sodium goes, my doctor say's Im lacking so for me it's perfect but I could see how it could be off putting to some.

Manda87 3 Posted October 26, 2010 I saw them at Target today. However, I can see myself getting stuck on the potatoes and sausage. :huh2: However, this will be good for those who haven't had many fills.
