LET'S SAY (MEN) 185lb that is the average weight 6 foot tall. let's say ( woman) 125.5 is the average weight 5 five feet five half in woman. say you wanted to lose 100lb how much is it worth to you? I'know this seem's pointless but please bare with me,some people out there in band land are investing in there future (Financially) for your golden year's. And some of you invested in you Band self paying! WHAT a great investment for you health, and for your Golden year's I' applaud all of you who got banded for you better health! The point "Im trying to make is that you need to start, depositing DAILY WITH AT LEAST HALF HOUR OR SO? OF (exercise ) FOR YOUR GOLDEN YEAR'S BUILDING YOUR HEART UP AND GETTING FIT,OR BETTER HEALTH! MY SON'S AND I' WERE WATCHING STUPIDVIDEO'S.COM SOME OF THEM WERE JUST GUT BUSTING FUNNY! WE CAME A CROSS ONE, CALLED LAZY MAN'S EXERCISE: MY SON'S ARE VERY YOUNG AND DID NOT UNDER STAND THE VIDEO BUT THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY! IT HAD THIS VERY LARGE FELLOW SITTING IN A CHAIR LIFTING HIS LEG'S THEN HIS ARM'S DOING EXERCISE,tHAT WAS THE ONLY WAY THE MAN COULD DO THEM! "I FELT SORRY FOR HIM THAT IS WHY IM WRITING THIS! SOME OF US ARE IN BETTER SHAPE THEN OTHER'S.... BUT DEEP DOWN NO MATTER WHAT SIZE WE ARE WE HAVE TO START SOME PLACE WITH EXERCISE!!!!! EVEN IF IT IS SITTING IN A CHAIR! JUST DO IT, MAKE TIME...TAKE TIME FOR YOUR SELF.... AND YOUR HEALTH. WHY IS THERE NO EXERCISE POST ON THIS SITE? LBT.. ID LIKE TO SEE ONE............PERMANENT. MOST OF MY WEIGHT LOSS WAS BECAUSE OF A PROPER BALANCED DIET/EXERCISE. AND LOT'S OF H,2O WELL TAKE CARE MOST OF ALL( GOD )BLESS HAVE A SAFE CHRISTMASS, WITH YOUR FAMILY AND FRIEND'S NO DRINKING AND DRIVING! iM SOUNDING LIKE AN OLD HEN!
