stateofzen 46 Posted October 27, 2010 I had a work dinner tonight-- first time going out with other people. We went to a Thai place, so I had to avoid noodles and rice. I had hot and sour shrimp Soup and chicken satay. And I'll be having both again for lunch tomorrow! It was weird being the only one who had leftovers/to-go containers. TracieCat 8 Posted October 27, 2010 It is already Wednesday after 1am here but dinner on Tuesday was sort of a clean out the fridge day. I had a small portion of eggplant lasagna and some diced chicken with BBQ Sauce on it. Later today, our dinner will be meatballs that I made yesterday in the oven/crockpot and some green Beans.
