E'sMommy 0 Posted October 12, 2010 Since this is my first fall/winter with my band I really didn't think about eating one fo my favorite foods....acorn squash. I was wondering if anyone has been able to eat winter squash with their band?? I'm asking ahead of time to prevent being stuck :smile2:. Melissannde 41 Posted October 12, 2010 My nutritionist says winter squash is ok, but to take it easy on it as it is higher in carbs than summer squash.
