sld21 26 Posted October 15, 2010 It has been 10 months sinceI have been banded, but I lost only 20 pounds in spite of eating small low fat meals and exercises. Please send me a 1200 cal diet so I can start to lose again. Oh I forgot to mention that I have only had 2 fills. Maybe should have stayed on a protien drink until I lost al the wieght or what? I honestly don't count calories....I can eye ball and tell what is horrible versus what is not and my input is not much because I am filled to get restriction that is tight and effective. I would fill, but that is me, my dr states it is in calorie in versus calorie out. I should only be able to hold a dixie cup or two worth of solid food, and that's truly what I can if not less some times. I eat more Protein over simple carbs but do eat some complex carbs and veggies. I slip in naughty stuff every now and then. I also sweat 3-4 times a week at the Y on the elliptical or treadmill or walking my workout buddy, Gucci. We like to jog. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
