landorki 0 Posted October 11, 2010 Hello Everyone! I am new to this site. I am almost 6 weeks Post-OP. I have lost 29 pounds so far, although, this week I have lost nothing. I have been losing steadily and new I would eventually hit a wall. I am thinking I will have to step up the exercise, and my first fill will defiantly help, but that is not until October 19th. My journey started in May of this year. I went to a seminar that the Doctors were having. I was really excited about it and after a few tests and a few appointments, I was scheduled for September 1st! I am feeling great, and look forward to the new me, but I just can't help but feel like I am doing something wrong. I guess I just thought the weight would come off faster... 373/345/196 Dr. Trivedi Hackensack, NJ

lisa.e 0 Posted October 14, 2010 Hi, I will be 6 weeks tomorrow and had my first fill on Oct. 12. I too had stayed at the same weight without losing anymore for about a week before my fill. I have lost 4 lbs. just since the fill. I am sure it is partially to do with the liquid diet after my fill, LOL! Anyway, the restriction is good, not uncomfortable like I was afraid of. I am definitely eating less. It's hard to eat all my Protein in 3 set meals, so I have to throw in a couple yogurt "snacks". Altogether I am down 30lbs. I had to lose 12 before surgery. My starting weight was 252. lisa.e Banded September 3, 2010
