I SOOOOOOO recommend the unflavored! I haven't tried the flavored yet (bought samples to try it out first), but the plain in skim milk is almost undetectable - almost (I add a TBSP of sugar free chocolate Syrup to help with the flavor)

I've tried to chocolate (love it), unflavored (love it)and strawberry sorbet. I personally didnt like the strawberry sorbet, it had an after taste that wasnt so pleasant.

Try Vitalady.com for a large selection of different flavors. The only thing I found is that it did take a while to receive the product. But they have a LOT to choose from. I also liked the Unjury unflavored. Sometimes I even sneak a little in my son's orange juice...hahaha
