Need a mentor? I've been banded for 8 months, and am losing well by combining a low-carb regimen and regular exercise. I'm just over 100 pounds down from my highest weight, and about 85 pounds since banding.

I am an RN turned health writer, and am working toward certification in nutrition and wellness counseling.
