You have got to read the book: BREAKING FREE FROM EMOTIONAL EATING by Geneen Roth. I am reading it a second time and find it to be very helpful. Part of why the band has not been completely successful for me is because I eat when I am not hungry. That has really changed since I read this book. I have lost more weight in the last 3 weeks than I have all year!

I am also an emotional eater. That is part of the reason I invested in some personal therapy before getting the band. Even knowing what I do, it is hard to keep it under control. I will look into the book. Thanks for the info.
