Queen Fig 0 Posted October 9, 2010 You have got to read the book: BREAKING FREE FROM EMOTIONAL EATING by Geneen Roth. I am reading it a second time and find it to be very helpful. Part of why the band has not been completely successful for me is because I eat when I am not hungry. That has really changed since I read this book.
