spoiltmom 44 Posted October 5, 2010 I've been stuck at 202 for a week now. I'm trying to get below 200. Yesterday I decided to eat MORE. I had around 1200 calories instead of the normal 800-900 I've been eating. I really pushed the Water and I stayed away from the salt shaker plus I did 30 minutes on the treadmill. This morning I weigh 199! Finally!!! Now I just need to keep it up! My next goal for myself is 180. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
