ptoezee 0 Posted September 29, 2010 Im just beginning the process. I have my first appt with the doctor tomorrow morning, and yes I am excited and nervous. I just cant decide if I want to do the lap band or sleeve? To be perfectly honest, everyone I know personally, that I have talked to, all love their results and have nothing negative to say....but...in all reality, what are some of the negative things? emjay 8 Posted September 29, 2010 No regrets..although I'm sure you'll find some. The minor inconveniences of having a lap band far outweigh the major inconvenience of obesity. Pick the surgery that is best for you. Do your research and make sure you are well informed before you make a decision. Decide what is important to you and what isn't in terms of what you have to live with.
