Wahhhhhaaaaaahhhhhhaaa . . . . i luv my shrimp and tonight it refuses to stay down and i have chewed and chewed to no avail . . . . really bummed :smile2:

How were the shrimp prepared? I sometimes have the same problem,especially if steamed or cooked too long. Try again in a couple of weeks

I agree, maybe they were just a bit over cooked. I can usually keep shrimp down (and I'm really tight right now). Give it another try sometime.

Agreed! Try again soon. Maybe you were tight at that time. Or it was over cooked. Many people say certain foods are good one time and not the next!

Thanks guys, yea they were steamed. Dont know another way to make them that is healthy. Also I realized today I cant eat lean shaved roast beef, no matter how much i chew it came back up.
