brittneyallyse 0 Posted September 28, 2010 First off let me introduce myself. My names Brittney-Allyse and I'm 21 years old and I'm getting banding tomorrow (9.28.10) morning. It's been one hell of a two weeks but it's coming to an end and I'm ready for the next step. It's been a long process to get me to where I am, starting back in November 2009. I had everything ready and was about to set a surgery date until I got a call from my surgeon's office stating that they had found an abnormally large cyst that was to be taken care of before I could get banded. After test, doctor's visits I finally had the cyst removed and was one step closer to this procedure. Now, almost a year later my surgery date is here and I'm ready to change my life for the better.

Just think, you may have already done the hardest part -- all those months since they first found the cyst. I had a scare this week that my surgery might be cancelled or postponed due to an abnormal EKG and I about freaked and quit trying, so I admire you for making it through and getting to this point. I hope you're ready to go to bed and get a few hours of sleep in before your big day. I'm 1 day and 5 hrs from my surgery -- so right behind you. I'll look forward to hearing from you when you feel well enough to post again to see how you're doing! Best of luck and prayers! Debbie
