Manda87 3 Posted September 27, 2010 For some reason, my weight doesn't go up. I do feel fat, bloated, and moody. Luckily, my weight isn't affected. You will lose those 3 pounds though!

Noturningback15 45 Posted September 28, 2010 Do you ladies still get insane cravings and have an increase in appetite around that time? OmG! I was driving down a busy street with all the fast food joints lined up on this past Friday and I was craving all of them and I didn't know why! I usually drive past all of them without a second thought. I wanted fried catfish so bad and Mexican food. I couldn't resist the chocolate cravings though! I got a small bag of M&M's and enjoyed it. Around 9pm it came and I was like no wonder!!!!! I didn't know what was going on!
Jachut 487 Posted September 28, 2010 Yes, I dont really realise I'm craving, but suddenly think "man, I've eaten CRAP for the past few days, I'd better get back on track". sure enough, then I notice sore boobs, the scale goes up, Auntie Flo pays a visit and a week later I"m back to normal weight and eating well again. I just go with it. I cant be bothered stressing over what is a very natural, normal cycle for many women and appears to do absolutely no long term damage to my weight control. I just stay off the scales that week.

jdulac 0 Posted September 28, 2010 Yes I gain a little, feel bloated and fat, I crave and binge sometimes. The bad thing is that since I am losing estrigen is being released and although I am on BC I have had a mini period for about three weeks and then yesterday right on cue it came on full strength. I guess it will level out when the weight stablizes. I am stuck right now at 260 and can't get over that hump. I hope when Flo leaves it will take a few pounds with it. Good luck
ledgins 0 Posted September 28, 2010 Glad I am not alone.... It is a few days before my time and all I can think about is food!!!! I took a walk and found myself counting the resturants within walking distance..OMG....(their are 17 eating places within 3 miles of my house)...Finally settled on a couple pieces of SF Hershey Chocolate... Only 6 days post op and afraid to eat to much...
