lapinmich1968 0 Posted September 27, 2010 Help! I seem to be stalleed with my weight loss. Along with increasing my cardio I think some new easy fix meal ideas would help. Froggie D 1 Posted September 27, 2010 One easy low calorie thing I fix is shrimp. I found cooked shrimp frozen at Walmart that is very tasty, for a good price. I run Water over it to thaw it out, put it in a pan with a spray of olive oil spray and a sprinkle of cajun seasoning. I let it heat for a few minutes with the lid on and it is very good. vlp1968 83 Posted September 27, 2010 Some Ideas: Boca burgers Perfect portion perdue chicken (it's marinaided) Hormel chili (although it has 20 carbs) Lean pork loin- comes in different flavored marinaids) Fish For Snacks almonds- 1/4 cup low fat cheese sticks low fat cottage cheese berries or other fruit if you are not doing an extremely low carb eating plan Hope this helps Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
