All Natural Foods??

I'm new here so, HELLO!! I'm going to my seminar on the 6th of October and hopefully be having surgery shortly there after. I have been researching this surgery for approximately 2 1/2 years but I have a question.

Does anyone eat all natural foods like from their local health food store? I'm looking for menu plans and some suggestions from this group.

I would put more about me but I'm getting ready to drive to Athens, Georgia.
