Today I read the scale and it said 244, that's 100 lbs down since May 1st of this year!!!

I'm so grateful for my Band! I still have a bit of a journey ahead of me but very pleased with my progress and results thus far!

THAT IS AMAZING!!! Good job keep up the good work...thanks for posting this I am 4 mos out and am getting a little discouraged that the lbs are not coming off, I hope by my 5th month I'll have something to share!
