Huge Milestone!!!

Today I read the scale and it said 244, that's 100 lbs down since May 1st of this year!!!

I'm so grateful for my Band! I still have a bit of a journey ahead of me but very pleased with my progress and results thus far!

LOL!!! Thanks, it's just shy of 5 months. Heck yeah, I'm proud!!! And super excited about reaching goal!
