How are other June bandsters doing?

I was banded on June 30, 2010. I waited to have my first fill until after I went on vacation, so I had my first fill 8/24/10. I received 4.8cc in a 10cc band. I haven't felt much restriction, and have only been losing like 1 lb. a week. I admit I could lose more if I "diet" but I am hoping the band will be more of a tool to help me lose and not have to rely on my will power, I already know that doesn't work or I wouldn't have needed the band in the first place. I'm going in for a second fill tomorrow I'm not sure what to expect I thought 4.8cc sounded like a lot, but it hasn't done much. What kind of results have the rest of you June bandsters been having?
