:thumbup: Hi! I am jew from AL. I had my lap band done in July/10. I am doing great. I have lost 22 lbs. and feel good about it. I have had one fill. Still learning about all of the feelings. I have depression more since surgery, but nothing that I feel will not go away. I am glad I found this web.

Welcome! I am from Alabama, too! Just a little town on the Georgia line. You are ahead of lots of us! I wish I had already had my surgery. Hopefully, when I see the surgeon tomorrow, she will give me a date.:thumbdown:

Thanks for the encouragement. I need it. Right now, I have had one fill and I still do not fill the fullness yet. I am still in the old eating mode. I am not sure how to get on board with the program. Just keep me in your thoughts.
