plp1988 0 Posted September 19, 2010 (edited) Hi, I will be 52 in November, married with 3 grown children, and 3 beautiful grandchildren. I have been on this site for a while but I am new to witting on here. I have been band for 4 year come November 28. By Dr. Michael Nausbaum Livingston, NJ. I Started this journey weighting 331 lost 82 lbs:smile:, In the last year I have put 31 lbs :thumbup: back on bring me to 280. I have falling off the wagon a bite, because I snack a little more then I should, I still tried to eat healthy chicken and fish baked, vegetables and lots of salads. I lost my motivation and focus. I was at a gym were it was just equipment and I think I got bored, so I have since rejoined a gym with classes hoping that will spark motivation and put my focus back on ME:smile2:. I still get fills, I just had one about 2 weeks ago. My other Dr. wants to put me on this pill to help curb my appetite. Must wait on some test I took because of some family health issues. So I would like any other suggestion from a someone......PLEASE HELP.....I do not want to lose this battle I come to far. Need to lose at least another 90 to 100 lbs. devalissh 0 Posted September 19, 2010 Well I say you did the best thing you could which is by knowing you need to do something, and joining a gym. I say cut out a bunch of motivational sayings and put them up all through out the house and put up a goal dress or pants or something that you want to fit into. Up your Protein and add some Fiber into it. You can do it take it day at a time or hour by hour whatever it takes if you fall off the wagon then get back on. everyone makes mistakes so don't be afraid of that.
