rpm2010 0 Posted September 15, 2010 I was wondering why some who have the surgery have problems eating when eating too much and I haven't had any. Granted I'm glad I haven't but just wondering. I think when I reach my fullness is when I get kind of like and ache between my shoulder blades...that's the only clue I have at the moment to when I probably have eaten enough. I haven't had that in a long time but that is what I felt after surgery when I ate too much I think? And I had a mild feeling today. I'm mostly just on soft foods and everything is going down great. Is that because I haven't reached my restriction yet? Any input is greatly appreciated:smile2: rpm2010...I have a 14 realize band
rpm2010 0 Posted September 15, 2010 I was just wondering?? Something I said:biggrin: I had no sence of resriction this morning drinking my coffee either. I don't know just was expecting something this morning and so far nothing. Could it be I just have not enough restriction yet?? Any input?? Thanks rpm2010
kbklassykimb 23 Posted September 15, 2010 I did not get any restriction until my 4th fill and even then i could still eat more than the required amount. I just had my 6th fill and i am really restricted, I think too much so, so I am having a little unfill today. Everyone is different. It takes some of us a little longer to reach restriction. Then again, I would rather have too little restriction than too much because I haven't kept anything down in three days.
rpm2010 0 Posted September 15, 2010 Thank you so much for your reply....I was getting to wonder if anything was going into the band or something. same thing today I don't feel restricted at all. At least I know sometimes it takes longer...guess I'm just getting anxious. I did read be too retricted is far worse so glad I'm not there..but I do hope you get to feeling better soon...this sure is an experience isn't it....and everyone is so different. thanks again, rpm2010
