Tsaleen 1 Posted September 12, 2010 Hi. I actually did my journey backwards, I approached an in-network surgeon first. And then he referred me to the weight loss center and they guided me through the requirements. I had to have a lot of patience as things did move very slow at first and once I had my requirements I did everything I could at a quick pace. The psych exam was painfully expensive as it cost $250 for a one hour consultation to make sure I did not have any impeding psychological issues that would prove this procedure as not being right. My suggestion would be to let things happen naturally, stay on top of your own requirements and before you know it things will be happening faster than you may be ready for! Good luck.
