New to this site....really needed to reach out and get some support. I have totally backslided and need to get back on track. I was banded March 08 have lost 100 lbs.

Pretzel, its time to get back to basics. Go in for a fill, Protein first, then veggies. Put it in a measuring cup, drink lots of Water and get lots of protein in. You can do it, pull up those boot straps and step back in the game!
