Hello,

I'm having my band replaced in a few weeks, I originally had the band done 10/2006 now it's not holding any saline. Has anyone had this problem before? I've been trying to keep a handle on my weight I went from 280 now I'm holding at 198:mad: I've been eating almost the same foods I've been going to the gym I'm crazed!!!!:biggrin: HELP!!

Hello Melissa,

I have a friend whose band slipped, but don't know anything about having it replace due to its not holding the saline. Have you checked the Struggling Bandsters or Band Removal forums on this site? There might be someone there who can help.

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
