Hi everyone!

Does anyone know any good exercises to get rid of this unsightly muffin top I'm getting? I'm happy that I'm slowly losing weight, and my pants are fitting better. But it's getting harder and harder to find shirts that don't put my developing muffin top on display. It's a little embarassing. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

I have a long body so I have always had to look for longer shirts. It does'nt help that the "look" right now is mid rift stuff. Only problem is that you have to have a perfect body to pull that off. When you go shopping hold different style shirts up to one another and pick the ones that are longer.

A friend of mine is a freak of nature. her body is ripped. She jogs 5-10 miles 4 to 5 times a week. works out with weights 4 times a week. and does hot yoga 4 times a week. of course she only works 3 days a week/ pt. She wants me to go with her but I dont have that kind of time nor am I "THAT" motivated.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.
