well you've scared me to death!!!!!! I hope to be Banded in May and I have a cruise I scheduled since the summer for Nov.2006. I guess I'll have to come with my own napkins and a plastic zip bag. grrrrrr:nervous

No-- you'll be fine. Make good choices, after my issues, I started eating alot of seafood--leave the breads alone. Plus you will have been banded a bit longer than I have at the time of my cruise. You'll do fine!

It was a year for me yesterday and I still don't do bread of any kind. Just the thought makes me want to grab a napkin, LOL.
