Angera 2 Posted August 20, 2010 I, too, had surgery last Friday and today was the first day that i got out of bed without making that "discomfort" face. I've been moving around a lot because I heard that helps with the recovery process. I believe it. I've been going for short walks every night and I am feeling great! paula2468 7 Posted August 25, 2010 It took me about a week to really get moving, and then just walking around the store made me so tired! It goes away and you will be amazed once you get back into your routine how much better you will feel. In the mean time, lots of sleep and fluids and keep moving! Good luck!
