OnTheWay to Thin 0 Posted August 17, 2010 Yeah we have all been there and it is hard. My doctor told me not to worry too much about trying to lose until I had my fills, but I wanted so bad not to gain what I lost. So what I did was increase my consumption of veggies that basically have no calories or very few, this kept me satisfied longer and did not cause weight gain. It does get better, but it is a tough time between surgery and fills...
vlp1968 83 Posted August 17, 2010 I agree, it is a tough time until you get restriction. One option would be to not worry about loosing, but of course you don't want to gain. The other is to continue to eat like you have restriction (high protien, low carb, low fat). Also, once your doctor clears you start working out. That really helps in weight loss. Start off slow and gradually increase intensity and/or duration. Best wishes! Keep us posted on how your doing.
