Does anyone here have some information about Dr. Alejandro Lopez Ortega?

I'm considering him to do my lap-band in October. A very close friend of mine had the sleeve in Tijuana about 6 months ago, but I'm going for the lap band instead. Any info. i can get is very appreciated Thank you!:lol:
