Okay ladies my belly hurts....

How in the world do you stay regular after being banded?

I used to use Phillips Capsules- I can't stand the liquid but that's not an option now.

Any recs for me?

I add the non flavored benifiber to my Protein Shakes and use Chia seeds in anything i can add them to. They are Fiber, no calorie, also help you stay full longer.

I've read posts from others who use fruit for that purpose. My daily intake doesn't allow for fruit, hence the other options.

Once you get things "moving" you'll feel like a new woman!

Muralax-- Flavorless, odorless, tasteless, mix with whatever you happen to be drinking and you will be 100% better by this time tomorrow. Go ahead and get the big bottle, I use it on a regular basis now (no pun intended:biggrin:)
