JAYGERL05 0 Posted December 5, 2005 I Was Told By My Dr Not To Do Anything But Walk For 6 Weeks. You Might Want To Ask Your Dr. I Walked 2 Miles Everyday And Lifted 3 Pound Weights Every Day. Need To Start Back Doing Both. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

leatha_g 4 Posted December 5, 2005 Due to the position of my port, I was not able to do much abdominal exercise for quite some time. With weight loss, it has moved, but initially, wearing jeans, abdominal stretching, sitting bent at the waist for long periods was very uncomfortable. Your mileage may vary.
