Erin18 143 Posted August 11, 2010 i know this may not be the right place to post this, but most people come here. anyways, was wondering if anybody is doing the P90X while being banded? i want to try it and i think it will help. Their diet plan seems good and i think it will help me. So, are any of you doing this? where can i get it?
trishfish 1 Posted August 11, 2010 I'm on week 2 of doing P90X and I love it! I am not following their diet plan though. it is hard butthe more you do the easier it truly gets. you can get it on the beach body website, but I got mine off of craigs list and only paid $50 (it was brand new) instead of $125. goodluck and enjoy! oh yeah, I also still do my zumba...so for three days a week I work out for 3wo plus hours
rjo132 17 Posted August 11, 2010 I'm going to get started on the P90X after my recovery is over from my cosmetic surgery coming up Sept 8. @Trishfish: Is the Zumba as fun as the infomercial makes it look?
trishfish 1 Posted August 11, 2010 xumba is so fun!! I have the videos and they're ok...but the claases are awesome. if you go to the zumba website you can find a class near you....also you can burn up to 700 calories (or more) in one class. its my favorite and I look forward to mon wed and fri mornings
