spoiltmom 44 Posted August 18, 2010 So what you are saying is, get in all the calories that I am suppose to and the weight will come off? I gotta try something because I don't go to the doctor until next week and I want to be able to go in with extra weight loss. How many calories a day are you eating right now? Debbie03 0 Posted August 18, 2010 If I am lucky, I am getting in about 825 calories. How many calories should I be trying to get in?
spoiltmom 44 Posted August 18, 2010 I aim for 900 a day. That seems to work perfectly for me. For right now the only exercise I get is chasing after my 3 kids but I plan to get back on the treadmill next week when school starts.

ddow58 2 Posted August 18, 2010 Now that I'm on mushies, I am also getting in about 900 calories. I have lost about 7 lbs since surgery last wednesday but seem to be holding at that.

I was supposably in recovery by 5:00pm ish . Overall was a good xperience. I walked, walked , and walked some more in the hospital. No gas pain ths time ...ThankGod!!!!! Apparently my surgeon is top notch , i overheard by another patient that he was flown to indonesia by the king and operated on a prince . I guess i picked someone good!
