How do those of you who are emotional eaters manage this post surgery?

I eat when I'm tired, happy, sad, stressed,bored and as a reward etc. I am determined to beat this and am looking for help big time.

I agree get some counseling to find out what is causing the emotional eating. I already had 3 years of counseling before I had surgry related to depression, but you learn great coping skills and they will help you

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
