Since my surgery I have lost only 25 pounds and it feels like it should be more?

Instead of looking at the "pounds as a number" - what is that as a percentage of weight loss? How many pounds do you want to lose total? How much of that total weight loss is that 25 pounds?

i was banded in March, work very hard on this- and have lost 17. conservative doc, not enough fills. 5ccs in. Next fill next week, hope it helps!!!!
