Another newbie...!

New here!! I'm in the "thinking about it" stage. I meet my insurance qualifications, though finding that out was interesting. Their website has a section where you can ask questions; I did so and was told that I should try "armchair exercises" to lose weight. Well, I'd be a bit scared of how that'll peel off 110 pounds. Perhaps I am supposed to bench-press the chair? (lol). Anyway I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who posts here; lots of great information. It's been very helpful. And I'll wait to buy that armchair.
