My dietitian recommended this forum to me so I'm hoping to network with those that have already walked in my shoes. I'm scheduled to have my surgery in a couple of weeks. Guess you can say I'm really nervous. Any suggestions? Words of wisdom? Especially concerned with the post op diet. Never been disciplined with my eating habits before.
