dreamingofbeingskinny 1 Posted July 29, 2010 So I was banded on the 18th of last month and I have hit a plateau on the -20lbs mark. I cant seem to get past there even after my first fill. (4cc in a 11cc band) Wondering what others have done to get back on track and how you keep motivated...Come on bandsters I need some help from you! Thanks! justinsmami91 0 Posted July 29, 2010 I seem to go back and forth...A LOT!!! I will lose a couple of pounds then plateau and back and forth with that....does anyone else have that problem?
