For me it is some kinds of mexican foods, basically they are foods you can eat much more of than you are supposed to because they tend to go through the band. Also I have heard that milk shakes, mashed potatoes, ice cream are all sliders for most people although I have trouble with cold drinks like milk shakes and they tend to come back up.
