nausea with movement

I was banded on 7/23. The pain is much less by now. One thing I noticed this morning is nausea when I turned to my left side when laying down. Once my insides "settle" it goes away. I haven't eaten (drank) since last night. I'm also still having gas pains and pain with hiccups. Has anyone else experienced this?

I didn't experience that exact thing, but I did have quite a bit of nausea until the swelling from surgery went down. For me, that took 7-8 days.

I was banded on July 19th. I do not have anymore nausea and can roll from 1 side to the other with no problem but I still get occasional gas pain in my shoulder/neck area w/ occasional hiccups. My Dr told me bcuz the port can put some pressure on the Diaphragm and cause the gas. Each day does get a little easier. :cursing:
