I was never a big ice cream eater but I'll play along. I've lost 356 scoops.

For some reason, I was craving ice cream. I found this wonderful Edy's Slow Churn Light ice cream with half the fat of regular ice cream. I eat a couple of small scoops and I'm good to go. You would never know it's half the fat and it makes a great little treat for me. :biggrin1:

I'm currently 4 wks out as of tomorrow and I am down 203.6352 scoops. :clap2:

I still must be missing something, according to the weight lost X 12.7272 I have lost 369 scoops. But I saw Trish say she had lost 356 and I know she has lost weigh (yeah I did it on purpose!) more than I have so far....lucky her!!

Oh well regardless, I know I have lost more of the ice cream I have eaten since getting the band than I would have without it!
