Personal Question

Recommended Posts

Hi all, You gotta help me.

I have lost 90lbs so far and still going. I exercise almost every day for an hour. I have recently realized that my tailbone is sticking out and it hurts to sit, and that my sex hole became very small, tight. Does that make sense? Anyone else has this?

Um...

Can you clarify what you mean by your "sex hole" because I personally have more than one.

If you are talking about your vagina, then say so! Don't be shy. If you can't say VAGINA here, then you have bigger problems to worry about...

hahahahah.... well I have no problem typing Vagina... and I only have one sex hole....

'sex hole' omg thats funny...

..hmmmmmm interesting... I really didn't know a vagina could shrink... ?????

I know plenty of skinny girls who are 'loose' so loosing weight shouldn't shrink a vagina

:)

I am reading this and thinking that maybe in the mist of the hour long workout you are doing kegel exercise? It is a great way to tone your body and proven to work..congrats ?

Interesting .......

I'll have to ask my husband if my sex hole is tighter.

OMG! Maybe I better not! What if it's looser like the rest of my skin!?

Ladies, For those of you using a diaphragm for birth control... losing & gaining weight makes adifference in sizing of your diaphragm & proper fit. Since I'm past the age for birth control, I don't know if it is a popular option for bc these days. So yes your vagina could become tighter, especially if you have not had a vaginal delivery

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
