Huge NSV and a thank you

I was banded 04/09/2010, Begining weight in Jabuary was 325ls. Current weight as of today 266. So woth my stats out of the way I wanted to share with you all my NSV. About three weeks ago my 13 year old son who is a senior patrol leader for his scout troop tells me he is going on a 20 mile hike in three weeks. I start to thinking and decide what the heck lets try it! Well I left Thursday through some of the roughest country in the Arizona mountains, 7 miles a day with a 40lb back pack my 10 year old son, my 13 year old son, 17 other scouts, and two other leaders. We finished the trip yesterday at 2pm, what an experience. I want to thank the LAP-BAND® for helping me take my life back. If I hadnt made the decision to get teh LAP-BAND® I would have waived to my boys as they went on this awesome journey, instead I got to share it with them! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
